10.Service Delivery
Service is provided at the designated boarding location and time reserved.
11.Cancellations and Changes
• Cancellations made 7 days to 48 hours prior to the reservation: 50% of the total fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation: 100% of the total fee
If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, the reservation slot will not be considered consumed. Cancellations made after that time will be treated as consumed.
12.Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the service, we cannot accept returns. However, in the event of cancellation due to our circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
13. Defective Services
If there is any issue with the service provided, we will take prompt action to address and resolve the problem.
